Ingredients:
- 4 Small Red Apples
- 1 Cup Red Seedless Grapes
- 1.5 Cups Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 Tbs (1 Tbsp reserved) Lemon Juice
- 3 Cup water
Directions:
- Core, peel, and chop apples into small pieces. Place in a large bowl of water with water and 3 Tbs of Lemon Juice. Set aside while you do step 2.
- Cut grapes into quarters
- Drain water from bowl with apples.
- In a large bowl, mix together apple pieces, grapes, strawberries, walnuts and 1 Tbs Lemon Juice.
- Cover/Seal bowl with lid or plastic wrap, and refrigerate until strawberries have thawed. (about 4-5 hours, best if left overnight) Stir fruit and serve.
