Dawn's Favorite Fruit Salad

Ingredients:



  • 4 Small Red Apples
  • 1 Cup Red Seedless Grapes
  • 1.5 Cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 4 Tbs (1 Tbsp reserved) Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cup water




Directions:



  1. Core, peel, and chop apples into small pieces. Place in a large bowl of water with water and 3 Tbs of Lemon Juice. Set aside while you do step 2.
  2. Cut grapes into quarters
  3. Drain water from bowl with apples.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together apple pieces, grapes, strawberries, walnuts and 1 Tbs Lemon Juice.
  5. Cover/Seal bowl with lid or plastic wrap, and refrigerate until strawberries have thawed. (about 4-5 hours, best if left overnight) Stir fruit and serve.
